This mirror glass is heated and incorporates a heating element attached to the back of the glass. Usually 2 electrical pins are visible on the backing plate and 2 wires from the mirror body are connected to these. This heated mirror glass can also be used with non-heated mirrors.

The Blind Spot Warning system monitors the space around your vehicle. If a vehicle is detected in the car's blind spot an indicator light is illuminated in the mirror glass. This mirror includes this safety feature. Please check to ensure your mirror also includes this feature before purchasing. This mirror can also be used on vehicles without a Blind Spot Warning system but this safety feature will not be available.

When referring to left or right, it's a global industry standard that left and right is referred to from the point of view of sitting in the car looking forward. This fits on the right side of the vehicle.
